Tax return preparation process:
We are open during normal business hours for drop-offs and pick-ups, and there is a mail slot in the front door for after-hours drop offs.

We offer a free 5 minute initial consultation. After that, all consulting is billed at $125 per half-hour, due at the time of service.
Consultation options:
Feel free to call and just chat with one of our accountants at any time. If no one is available to answer your questions, we can either call you back ASAP, or at a scheduled day/time.
If there is something you think you can't discuss over the phone, feel free to schedule an office visit to discuss. Offer visits are offered on a limited basis and may require several days notice. You can call the office to schedule.

If you would like to drop off your tax return documents, you may do so at any time – no appointment necessary! If you come by outside of regular business hours, there is a mail slot in the front door for drop-offs. Please be sure to write your phone number on your packet.
Appointments are required if you would like to sit down to review, adjust and finalize your tax return in person. Please note that all information must be submitted a minimum of 72 hours prior to your appointment and appointments are made at your preparer's discretion. Appointments are NOT required to pick up and/or sign tax returns that have already been finalized over the phone.
