She has a master’s degree in accounting from Auburn University and a B.A. degree in criminal justice from the University of Texas-San Antonio. She grew up in Wisconsin and then traveled the world during her nine years serving in the US Army as an intelligence analyst. After the Army, she worked another six years as a civilian analyst before deciding to pursue her accounting career. Jennifer moved to Florida in 2016 and joined our firm in 2017.

Mr. Fletcher has over 30 years of experience with taxation, ranging from his work in the tax department of a Fortune 500 company to his career as an IRS agent. Additionally, Mr. Fletcher has taught accounting and economics at the university level. He holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in accounting and a Ph.D. in economics.

Rick Johnston is a licensed Enrolled Agent. He has a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from The University of South Florida. He is a Florida native with many years of business management experience. In addition, he spent a year in China teaching business. He has been in the tax industry since 2010 and joined the CPA Tax Services team in 2015.

Abby Crouse is our long-time firm administrator. She grew up in the Riverview area and has a bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida. She has been working for CPA Tax Services since 2005 and has comprehensive experience in tax and accounting.
Elaina Stevenson
Elaina Stevenson is our staff bookkeeper and Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor. She grew up in Iowa helping with the accounting for her family's business. She graduated from Saint Louis University in Missouri with a B.S. in Business Administration and has been in the tax accounting industry since 2015. Elaina joined CPA Tax Services in 2023.
