The Client Portal allows you to safely and securely access your files and tax documents. In addition, it allows you to submit updates and life changes (new address, new dependents, marital status change, etc.). You can also upload your tax documents in a secure manner; there is no email for someone to intercept online and steal your sensitive information. In order to access our Customer Portal, you will need to do the following:
- Contact us to let us know you would like to use the Customer Portal (we will need you to provide us with a current email address)
- Click on the email link we send you
- Follow the instructions to set up your secure account
- Click on the button below any time you wish to access your account
If you are one of our clients that is pressed for time, or is simply not in our area, this service is ideal. It is much safer than sending information through email, and you can access your tax returns and documents whenever you need them.
